What is a Shawarma?
At John Boy's Shawarma Shack the Beef is sliced thin. The Beef and Chicken breast are marinated overnight. Placed on a vertical spit and slow roasted to perfection. The Chicken/Beef is shaved off the outside of the spit giving you the crispy juicyness that is hard to find. The Shawarma has traditional garlic and hummus sauces but we also have others so there is something for everyone to enjoy! Topping it off with your favorite veggies on pita bread and warming on the press makes for a most enjoyable experience!
